Dan Harder, President /
International Director
Dan Harder is a
graduate of Grace University and Eastern Mennonite Seminary. In
College and as a missionary in Latin America, Dan looked for
opportunities for outreach to the local Jewish community. Leading
“Light to Israel” is a natural way of continuing his passion to
share the message of the Messiah.
Dan served for 28
years as a church planter and started a church planting movement in
Latin America. In 2003 he became Global Ministry Pastor of Grace
Pointe Church, a multi-site church in Chicago.
As
President and International Ministry Director for Light to Israel,
Dan brings years of experience and a needed perspective to the
ministry of outreach to Latin American Jews in Israel.

John Bell, Conference and Leadership
Development Director
John is a graduate of Theology from
Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri and holds a degree
from Southwest Missouri State University. While attending school,
John realized that God was calling him to the mission field,
specifically the Jewish mission field.
John has helped plant two Messianic congregations and authored a
book on Jewish Messianic discipleship, titled How to be like the
Messiah.
Serving as Leadership Development Director for Light to Israel allows him to fulfill the
vision God has laid his heart to develop an effective congregation
planting ministry in Israel.
John is also serves as senior pastor of Grace Pointe Church, a
multi-sight congregation in Naperville and
Plainfield,
Illinois.

Larry Jaffrey,
U.S.
Ministries Director
Larry graduated from the University
of Minnesota and Denver Seminary. While in school, Larry realized
God was calling him to the mission field. To gain ministry
experience while in seminary, Larry began doing outreach work with a
local Jewish mission in Denver. Though not Jewish himself and having
had little previous contact with Jewish people, Larry soon realized
Jewish missions was where God was leading him.
Larry's ministry in Jewish evangelism
has transcended one of the most exciting periods of Jewish
evangelism since the early church. Larry served as a missionary,
regional director, and U. S. national director with an
internationally known Jewish mission over a span of twenty-six years
before joining Light to Israel. During that time, Larry was
also very involved in planting a Messianic congregation in the
Rockville, Maryland, area.
As U. S. Ministries Director
for Light to Israel, Larry oversees the church relations area of our
ministry. He is recognized as an expert in the field
of prophecy and in helping the church understand the Jewish roots of
her faith. Larry also works with with Dan Harder in developing our
ministry in Israel. His wife, Gail is the administrative assistant for the
ministry.
Larry and Gail reside in
Marshall, Virginia.
